Born in Kenya, Irene studied Communication Science in Germany and trained in Project management for development at the Graduate institute Geneva. A polyglot, she applies her passion for intercultural cooperation to social projects in East Africa, believing that change comes from leadership and building trust networks.

Dr. Lutz Schlange

Professor of Entrepreneurial Marketing at HTW Chur, Switzerland, focuses on sustainable management and the relationship between entrepreneurs, markets, and customer orientation. He leads initiatives promoting sustainable development.
Valentin Prinz

Valentin Prinz

Valentin earned his master’s in Architecture from Cologne University of Applied Sciences in 2023 and has experience in planning with diverse architecture firms. He’s excited to pursue sustainable, socially impactful projects globally with Osiepe on the Jenga Innovation Project.
Rose Wepukhulu

Rose Wepukhulu

Rose is a programme and project manager trained in Nutrition and dietetics at Kenyatta University and Project Management at the University of Salford. She has worked in clinical nutrition and in development and humanitarian programming and philanthropy. She is currently based in Geneva Switzerland.

Edith has a Bachelor's in Special Needs Education from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Education from Siriba College, specializing in Foods and Nutrition and Literature in English. Currently the deputy headmistress at the Secondary School for the Deaf in Mumias, she has extensive experience in deaf translation and is passionate about education and community involvement.

Dr. Leunita Sumba

Dr. Leunita Sumba is passionate about water, sanitation, and the environment, focusing on educating the public to inspire behavioral change. She has organized numerous environmental clean-up activities and seminars on these topics. Currently, she is addressing challenges faced by manual pit emptiers in the Korogocho informal settlements.
Rose Nyatichi Mokogi

Rose Nyatichi Mokogi

Rose is a seasoned Business Manager with over 15 years of experience in partner identification, business establishment, and sales team management. She excels in closing deals to drive revenue and holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Nairobi, is pursuing an MBA, and is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya, with diverse experience across various sectors.

James is a Kenyan pharmacist and public health expert with extensive experience in health and nutrition across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. Passionate about public health and human capital, he is especially dedicated to mentoring young people.
